I built my foundation in culinary school and by meeting chefs from other countries. Working across different places and high-end restaurants shaped my technique and gave me a broad, confident repertoire.
I keep it simple and ingredient-first
My secret is being simple and always taking great care of my ingredients. I let quality products speak, and I use smart, clean touches to highlight what’s already beautiful.
